I grew up in a small Massachusetts town, where I spent most of my time turning hummingbird‑speed ideas into stories.

Flash forward: BA in English & Theater in New Haven, and an MFA in Writing from the University of San Francisco (that fog!).

Since then, my writing life has taken two paths:

• creative writing — fiction and nonfiction publications

• copywriting — clear, human, high‑impact messaging for brands in fashion, healthcare, book publishing and insurance

No matter the project, I’m always chasing the same thing...
